My Orthoheels ruined my vacation.......

I just got back from my vacation and am still trying to heal the tops of my feet......I took my Orthoheel Bella sandals and within the first 45 minutes of wearing on my first day, they had rubbed the skin off places on the top of my feet so bad that I still have thick scabs. Band-Aids would rub right off and it was sheer misery. I was so disappointed. I was then on the hunt for something I could wear that wouldn't further irritate my feet and found my holy grail at Nordstroms...........the Ecco gladiator. It wasn't cheap, but the comfort factor for me was unbelieveale.....so much so that I'm ordering another pair from Zappos. I can only remember having a pair of sandals in my life that I absolutely loved and that was when I was about 18 years old....they were a leather sandal and the most comfortable things......these Ecco's reminded me of those shoes.
