Now, when you all complain about QVC shipping and handling, think about this story.
Several years ago, I purchased a ladybug barrette from Kirk's Folly. I have worn it only six or seven times in those years.
This year when I locate it in the hair accessory drawer, I found that the clasp was broken. I was told that Kirk's Folly was a great company to deal with. I was misled. I will have to insure the barrette and post it top them, then to get it back, I will have to pay them $12.50 shipping and handling. It is a barrette, not a five pound box. I just sent my niece a larger and heavier pound package with $50 insurance from Chicago to Naples, Florida for $7.22.
I have purchased other KF barrettes, but will purchase no more. This policy of theirs is just highway robbery!
