I need a mule from Birkis and QVC offers next to nothing. There are a mere seven styles...sizes are broken with my 38 in just a couple of styles. There is NOTHING NEW...half on clearance...CS never answered my email regarding this so I can only assume I will have to buy from another website. Very sad that QVC is not buying from this supplier...hard to figure out the reason since it was a popular brand and top rated.
