I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but this is the recipe my BFF has loved since she was a child.

Chili Mac

6 to 8 Servings

1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. can diced or stewed tomatoes

1 lb. can chili flavored beans

1 Tbsp. instant minced onion

1/2 lb. shell macaroni, cooked

Brown ground beef in a hot skillet lightly sprayed with Pam.  Add remaining ingredients except macaroni; simmer about 10 minutes.  Cook macaroni until almost tender.  Drain and mix with meat mixture in a large casserole.  Top with Velveeta cheese slices.  Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until cheese melts and casserole is hot, about 15 minutes.  Serve with French bread and tossed salad.
