Does anyone have this recipe? Jan made this in the muffin cups.

If you have the book the recipe is on p. 74. If you don't, here it is:

Apple Crisp

4 apples peeled, cored and sliced 1/8" thick

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal

1/4 cup cup butter, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Grease a 9" round cake pan. Place sliced apples in the pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, and softened butter until well mixed. Set aside. In a small dish mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. Pat the oatmeal mixture on top. Place on the 1" rack and cook on power level 6 for 47 minutes or until apples are tender and juices are bubbly. (8 servings)
