2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup water

1 cup pineapple juice

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp prepared mustard

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp paprika

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup finely diced celery

1 cup finely diced cooked ham

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

Large salad greens

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Dissolve over hot water. Add fruit juices and seasonings. Beat in mayonnaise. Chill until SLIGHTLY THICKENED. ( If you use cold mayo, you won't have to chill mixture)

Fold in celery, ham, and pineapple tidbits.

Pour into 6 cup mold and chill until firm.

Invert mold onto salad greens.

If desired, fill center with a fruit salad.
