1 Eight oz. bar of cream cheese

1 cup pineapple preserves

1 tsp. ground black pepper

1 cup Apricot Preserves

3 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 cup Kelchners Horseradish

Smoosh the cream cheese out evenly in an 8x8 pan. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the cream cheese. Goes great w/ Asian rice crackers.
