Hurricane Isaac Peppers?

Hi Everyone...I sure hope you are all safe & I have prayed for all. Part of my roof blew off, some water damage, but we all know how much worse it could be.

Anyway, sorry to complain. My neighbor picked all of his peppers, and I have bags full; banana peppers, small red peppers, small green peppers. I love them all, but, what to do with so many? Hot Pepper Vinegar, etc? I just don't want to throw them away. Thank you for any suggestions!
