On Christmas Eve we always spend a nice quiet evening at our home with my sister and her husband. We have a couple drinks and appetizers, have a nice dinner, then open presents. It's always nice to relax before Christmas Day and all the chaos with all our kids. I just can't decide what to make this year. We have had lobster (we each bought our own), bbq ribs, ham, steak (not a huge fan), last year we had prime rib. It's always at my house, I consider myself a good cook so I'm ready to try anything that is really good and special. Would love your ideas and recipes. Thanks so much!!
