Found this one at amandajanebrown dot com; sounds fabulous & I'm planning to make it tomorrow (posted this originally in Kitchen talk, decided to repeat here).

Can't post a pix but it looks terrific with the white coated chex (looks like snow!) and the red and green M&M's in contrast:

Funfetti Snack Mix

5 cups Rice Chex cereal

5 squares vanilla flavored Almond Bark

1 teaspoon vegetable shortening

1 1/8 cups Funfetti cake mix

1/4 cup powdered sugar

M&Ms or Reese's pieces

Sprinkes (optional)

Pour rice chex into large bowl and set aside. Melt almond bark according to package directions; add the vegetable shortening while melting the bark to thin.

Immediately drizzle the almond bark over rice chex, and using a spatula gently stirring the rice chex to coat the cereal. Mix the powdered sugar and Funfetti cake mix together; add to chex mix, again gently stirring to evenly coat the cereal.

Add M&M's or sprinkles. Makes 5 cups.

Note: To double this recipe, use a 12.8 box of Rice Chex and one 24 oz bag of Almond Bark.
