re: Italian Dressing Marinade for Steak. I've never used that before, but I sure am interested. I have a question: does the meat absorb the italian salad dressing taste? Or does that maybe happen if left in it overnight? What cut of steaks have you used this on?
Do you ever use this for chicken? I've seen that before in magazines and recipes, but have never tried it thinking the chicken would absorb the dressing and you wouldn't taste the true chicken taste..
And does a "light" Italian dressing work as good? TIA AnneMary
