Used QVC return label on 7/16

It is sitting in Poughkeepsie NY since 7/16 - it's not QVC's fault but maybe they can follow up and get it back to them. USPS  tracking number is:

9202390100760430000608691013 -  I called QVC yesterday and they haven't received it yet & I wanted to exchange for a larger size. Agent said since I sent it back she will send out replacement because stock is low on said item.   Mary M.
