I have a return in transit 3 weeks that hasn't reached QVC yet.  

 

I have been using Easy Returns, but wanted to see how long this order would take to receive a refund.

@Kachina624   sorry I chose the wrong word.  

Should have said how fortunate I have been that QVC estimates its delivery dates so well.

QVC's shipping woes are one of the reasons I've stopped purchasing from them.  There is no excuse.  Case in point, I ordered a rain jacket from Old Navy on Saturday and it was on my porch on Monday.  With free shipping.  And 60 days to return it to the store FOR FREE if it doesn't work out.  

Until QVC gets its act together, I refuse to buy anything else from them.
