Check Your Bank Statements: I Was Not Given My Easy Pay!

The over $50 product I bought with my Spring 5 Easy Pays was not put on EP even though, when I ordered it over the phone, I was assured it would be. Yep, the full amount posted to my bank statement today. I called and was told it would be "fixed". This isn't the first time this has happened.
