Vitamix questions for Jan Mueller?

Jan Mueller - What type of peanuts do you use to make peanut butter in the Vitamix? And how long can your store the peanut butter? Also, can I grind wheat into flour in the regular container of my 7500 model, or do I need a "dry" container? If I need a "dry" container, what is the item number? Thank you.
