Potato soup

Boil the potatoes in chicken broth, add a can of cream of chicken soup and milk and melt in a little bit of Velveeta. I like to sprinkle in a little black pepper and parsley flakes.

I also love cheese toast made under the broiler. Great bread and velveeta. Of course I like this too with cheddar. In the summer we place a slice of a fresh garden tomato on top with some black pepper and broil.

I have to share this....it's funny. The local Hardee's was advertising a bologna and velveeta biscuit.
