Powder Honey

I just received my powdered honey. I plan on using it for my food storage. Just wondering if anyone has ever used it. I ordered it from Emergency Essentials. I have a lot of items from their website.  TIA.

I saw this advertised recently but skipped it.

 

I do keep a deep pantry but honey has a great shelf life, even if it forms crystals. I keep 1-2 lbs of organic honey on hand and rotate it. Along with my other items.
