Pampered Chef warantee?

I have a Stoneware Square Baker that cracked in 2 pieces. It slipped out of my hand into the sink while I was sashing it. I do not have the actual receipt, but I do have the packing slip that shows I made the purchase, which was about 10 years ago.

Don't they have a lifetime guarantee for their products? I was pretty sure they did. I am going to contact them tomorrow, but I thought someone here may have an answer for me.
