Ordered the Kansas City Traditional Rib Roast for the Holidays

Wow, this was something else. It came frozen and so well packaged. I read in the directions that you were suppose to leave in the refrigerator for 3 days before cooking and I only had 1 day, so I called Kansas City Customer Service and they were great! The nicest lady walked me through what to do and the roast was magnificent. I had no leftovers to mess with. Everybody ate until no more was left. This could have been the easiest meat I have ever fixed for Christmas. I have seen the shows so many times and never ordered and I am so glad that I did this year. This will be a new tradition in our home. It was wonderful. Thanks QVC and Kansas City Steak Company.
