Well, I really, really loved my Keurig. I had the "cinnamon" Platinum Keurig and it did like everybody else's did.......cut it self off, not prime etc. I called Keurig customer service and they promptly sent me another except that it was silver, which was okay. Well now that one has done the same exact thing. I know they have a one year warranty, I wonder if that warranty is effective the original purchase date (the cinnamon one) or will they use the date the silver one was mailed out to me? I want this thing to work so freaking bad, but what gives? My husband seems to think there is a design flaw on the Platinum model. I got my original Keurig back out (the noisy one) and I guess I will just put up with the noise, at least it works. My original one worked just fine, I just wanted the Platinum because it held more water and was a quiet brew. Just venting I guess, I know this subject has been run into the ground.
