I love my temp-tations but every time I make cornbread in the muffin pan it sticks !!!! What would I be doing wrong ??

In my experience cornbread sticks even in my teflon muffin tins. I use the paper liners.

Oooh, sorry you r having that issue. Do you spray your pan first? I hope you don't take offense to me asking that. I did so bc Tara always says you don't have to, then people end up finding out that only depends on what you are fixing. You definitely have to spray when making cakes, muffins and breads(or at least I do). Occasionally, she'll say "if the recipe calls for it, then spray," but usually she doesn't relay that info. If you do spray and still find them to be sticking, then I second what "happy housewife" said...use liners. Good Luck! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
