Is it possible to make a Flan in a Temptations Bunt Pan? If I pour the hot sugar-water-caramel mixture into the bottom of the pan, can it withstand the high heat? I would be afraid it would crack as the hot sugary mixture is very hot and must be put in the pan right from the stove top. I hope I can use it since it is difficult to get a Flan to release and of course the pan will have to soak for a long time, but with the Temptation pieces, I do believe the Flan will release easily and clean up is always easy with Temptations.
