Incorrect Coffee Cake - but QVC took great care!

Hello - Has anyone ever ordered food and gotten the wrong item? I ordered the Boston Coffee Cake Set of 2 Cakes-Cinn/Walnut &Caramel Apple but got the Blueberry instead of the caramel apple. It was a gift so I was really disappointed but I just got off with customer service and they gave me credit for the incorrect coffee cake. Great job QVC!
