Ideas for Quick, Simple Breakfast

We have a friend coming for a visit. He will be staying from late Friday to early Tuesday. I have my menu planned for lunches and dinners, but need ideas for Breakfast. I want something quick and simple. I don't want to feel like I'm spending all of my time in the kitchen. He's a Coffee drinker (we are not, but do own a coffee maker) so I will have his favorite coffee and creamer. I was thinking bagels and cream cheese one morning and I have a good recipe for Sausage Casserole for another morning. Maybe cinnamon rolls. Any other ideas would be great!
