A quick and easy way for me to cook chicken is on the stove top with garlic, soy sauce and vinegar.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Baked will only be raw if not baked long enough.

 

Around here almost every functon serves baked chicken with Italian seasoning. I think they squeeze some lemon on it, too, but it does not taste lemony.

I wound up grilling it in two separate batches.  There were no leftovers, so it must have been okay.

I would makeup a shake and bake concoction,with Panko and BBQ seasonings.
