Help contacting a Q product presenter........

I love Lock & Lock, and I own quite a few pieces.....I bought a set that has microwave sensor lids, and it just suddenly went away.......... I really enjoy this set.....{#emotions_dlg.sad} I like the bowl sets, but the tabs quickly lose their ability to stay snapped shut........except for the bowls that I have that have the same tab system as the square and other pieces........Why can they not make the bowls the same, in the larger bowls that they make..........How can I email Chris Prime (spell ?) about this issue, to see if it is possible..........I hate that I have bowls that I can no longer use, including the very large bowl that I own, and the large square set with the dividers to carry to a party or such......Also, does anyone else have this problem..........{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
