Once upon a time, I used to find cookies that were healthy! Haha. Further reading showed me how wrong. Plus, you can't have more than any other cookie really. If there's ever been something I really want to trim down but still want to have once and awhile, it could be a cookie or two.
I guess I have a new challenge today, to find an answer to that one. It's gotta taste good and I gotta know I'm chewing something. No melt in the mouth cookies. Guess I'll check the diabetes cookbooks I have. Here we go again.
Anyone have a recipe on this already? Choc chip of course, or on that line?
