Do we have a "Thanksgiving leftovers" thread yet?

If we don't have a thread on this yet, maybe one for this year would be nice.

I take my leftover turkey, some stuffing, some gravy, and a large can of veg's (soup) and a small can of cream of chicken soup. (I know there's cooks out there that don't like canned soups, so maybe you can offer your recipes that you might use in place of this.) That would be nice. Put it all in a frying pan and heat it up, then I serve it over hot biscuits.

Please add what you have if you would like to.

I've copied a few other recipes to possibly try too. I am really wanting to get away from the few beef meals we have left. (It's hard for my husband to chew some forms of beef now).
