Warranty on jewelry

Can anybody tell me what QVC's warranty is on jewelry? I can't find it anywhere on the website and I can't find one of the warranty cards they always send with a jewelry purchase.

I bought a sterling byzantine bracelet several years ago and now it has broken. Just wondering if QVC will do anything about it. They still sell one exactly like it but under a different item number.
