Saving on S&H

I have been a QVC member since 2004 and was wondering when QVC would initiate a "buy more save more on S&H policy." Their competitors have this especially when members buy more than one item within the same category and the items are being shipped to the same address.

Times are hard and when I add up how much I pay on shipping, it really does hurt. I love Steel by Design and would love to buy more; however, I can't do that due to paying separate shipping on individual items.

What do fellow shoppers think?
