When there is an item in a department with a part that appears to be faulty and this is cited in more than one review, should the item be pulled and fixed to solve the problem so the customers do not lose any more of the item?
Why is the item being shipped with the same problem ?
Is anyone paying attention to what the customers are saying in the reviews?
J156958 , 36 reviews out of 71 had problems with the hinge in this piece, that is over 50%. As customers we expect everything to work correctly, but especially when we are spending close to $200.00.
I don't see how with quality controls and standards in place this type of situation can happen?
