New to Ebay for jewelry purchases...

I purchased a pair of gold earrings on Tuesday and paid with PayPal. The seller does not respond to emails asking when they are going to ship. So far nothing from the seller. How long is a reasonable amount of time to wait before opening a case? Thank you in advance...
