I Don't Understand QVC - re: OTO

Why don't they show the OTO's first? I bought the necklace, and I am not happy that it is not being shown. It was on the model in the beginning, but not as the feature, so there wasn't a close-up. I just think that it's stupid and annoying. I'd like to see what I just spent $300 on! {#emotions_dlg.mad}
