I ordered this lovely watch last August, and it stopped running in December. I thought the battery needed replacing and brought it to my jeweler, who told me the battery was fine, but the watch mechanism wasn't working. I sent the watch back to the manufacturer as instructed, and they responded quickly, sending me a new watch. This new watch also isn't working. I'm going to check the battery again, but the thought of going back and forth again isn't pleasant. I'm happy to report that the manufacturer responded quickly and with a brand new watch --but yikes! Anyone else have problems with it?
