Got My Lariat today!

Got my lariat today, and ... it's really beautiful and different, and EXPENSIVE!, and I'm keeping it. If my pearls' shape reminds me of anything, it's sort of hands-in-mittens -- each pearl has a flange across the bottom. I measured them, and they're 15 and 16mm respectively, at their widest point, with no pits and a lovely rainbow lustre. I like the wheat chain too -- not too "stuffy" but not ordinary-looking, either, and it has a typical JR silver finish, not too shiny, not too dark. The length of the necklace is nice and I put it on over a black v-neck long-sleeve tee and it doesn't look out of place. I added a jacket and wore it to dinner at P.F. Chang's and the young hostess who seated us said, "Love your necklace" -- yes! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
