Do Ripka TSVs Ever Ship Out Early?

I'm on waitlist for the new TSV charm bracelet. Do Ripka TSVs ever ship out early? If I remember correctly, some Beauty and Handbags ship early. I'm thinking that since this charm bracelet is such a new Ripka concept, shipping before the TSV date might generate some early reviews and excitement. Any thoughts?
