Arrived Broken!!

A review I posted for J141473. Posting it here as well so it's sure to be seen. Wonder if it'll do any good?


"Come on really!! How hard is it to look into the box before shipping out a broken item? I will not accept another customer return when I'm purchasing and paying for new merchandise! Isn't that what the AS IS section is for? Get your act together QVC because I really do enjoy shopping here, but if this keeps up I'll shop elsewhere!"
