It isn't my style, but I find it visually interesting & fun!

 

Notice how you stop & look at it- top to bottom, corner to corner. 

 

Then there's the cute kitty strolling by.....Heart

I like colorblocking in general - just not these particular colors. Kitty is cute!

I do not like this color blocking; too many colors IMO.  They should have stuck with one color perhaps coordinating it with nearby furniture or area rug.  I have seen do it yourself crafters use wall paper (not too busy) on the back of bookcases.  Using a low key paper works well.  I've liked it with stripes and small prints.  I do like the ladder for easy access to high shelves.

I think it's ok.

I don't know anyone with a ladder in their home, like that.
