I have one in my yard and I live near Buffalo, NY.  You're right about the fragrance, it would make a wonderful perfume!  Mine hasn't bloomed yet and I wish the blooms lasted longer.

You're so right!  It would make a lovely perfume!  I'm really surprised no one has thought to use it.

Sadly, the heavy rains and very high temperatures we've been having caused my blooms to go.  I just noticed this yesterday.  I was so glad I didn't put off getting the pictures of it.

I'm excited for your tree to start blooming!❤️
