I would like to know where Albany got the jacket and top she has on tonight 12/20/2015, presentiing the TSV. I have been looking for something that color.

Yes. it was 12/20. She introduced the Garmin TSV.

Perhaps had you given the item number and the time of day, it would have happened someone find it.  Given such a paucity of data, I went to look but this is 11 days later and I don't remember what the TSV was and there are several Garmin items.

I believe it's a GILI jacket. I have seen her wear it a few times on air.
