A friend posted on FB,

"A pretty cool story... My son drove Joan Rivers to QVC tonight on the hotel shuttle where he works. She had her two dogs with her. and my son was talking to her about them and told her I was involved in animal rescue. Joan pulled $100 out of her purse and gave it to him and told him to give it to me for a donation to the rescue I work with. Joan Rivers, you are awesome!"
