You can download Google Playstore on the newer Fires now without rooting! YAY!!!

You will have to go the the website lovemyfire.com and find instructions.  This is without rooting your fire!

 

It will only work on some 2014 models and newer.

 

I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to.  Maybe tonight.
