I am having the same issue with a Tracfone LG 840G. Called Tracfone and they said to call LG. LG said to call Yahoo. You can't call Yahoo. Used a link on the Yahoo website and reported the problem and requested assistance. The only reoly I got from Yahoo was asking me to complete a survey to rate how well the did with customer service. Since I had not recieved any customer service I decided to complete the survey essentially giving them a zero for every category. Once I clicked through the survey and finished there was no functionality anywhere on the page to submit it to Yahoo. Jeez, not very funny Yahoo. Good luck everyone.

Hi, Ben. I'm the original poster of this thread. Still having the same problem on this end. I've posted on a couple of forums. No one seems to have a solution. I'll probably wait until the fall when I have to buy more minutes and then go to a new phone.
