I'm trying to download the cd that came with the scanner and it looks like it is downloading then asks which user to use to run program then it disappears then nothing. Anyone have that problem. Can't find any answers on there website. I'll have to send back before my time is up if I can't get it to work.

First of all, you're not downloading the CD. You're trying to install the program. The reason I mention this, you'll get better tech support when you use the correct terms.

Put the disk into the drive, if the setup dialog box disappears, right click on the CD drive (open Windows Explorer or Computer), select explorer then double click on the setup icon.

Another option, download the software from Neat.
