Letters on laptop keyboard coming off - need suggestions

Several of the letters on my laptop keyboard are wearing off, and I need suggestions on what to do. These are probably the letters I use the most when I'm typing. Luckily, I can type without looking at the keyboard most of the time, but it's very annoying that the lettering is disappearing.

What suggestions do you have for me? My Dell laptop is barely 3 years old, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Thank you for your help.

Are there stick-on key letters that work well; and if so, do you have suggestions for a site where I could purchase them?
