Just tried to log into my account... Cannot access it. When I click sign in drops down to a blank gray area.. Am trying to find link to check my Auto ship to change date.. Cannot find the link..

Am I crazy or is it there site? I am so frustrated and upset.. Have no desire to contact them right now..

Just to add. I am not sure if my security setting is right? Have it on Med-High.. Am not pc savvy and feel foolish but this is driving me nuts..

As you see I can sign in to Qvc okay.. Hsn did change there web page and does not make it user friendly.. I find Qvc is much easier to use..

Please anyone that can help would appreciate your help.
