My cousin has a problem with her iPhone. She was trying to order items from HSN, and she is unable to complete her order on her iPhone. When she taps the Place Order button, it surrounds the button with yellow dots, and asks her to "Copy" or "Define". This problem just started happening last week. Does anyone else have this problem?
Yesterday, we went to the Sprint store, where she has her phone service, and they could not help her. Then she went to the Apple store. When she was in the store, it seemed to work for her, but when she got home again, it no longer worked. She only has an iPhone, and she does not have internet service at home.
Do you have any suggestions for her? Thanks.
