Recently my mom had purchased a 39'' Element television in February and while watching television it decided to go out in March and it does not show a picture at all.
I had of course contacted QVC but I do understand that it is out of their hands and that I have to contact the company itself. I have contacted them 4 times and never do I get a response and it is now August and the television is still non operative in a new unit that was purchased to house the TV.
Buyers BEWARE this company does not offer great customer Satisfaction and it has become nightmare I just want a refund and even that isn't a possible. I have to settle for a GRADE A REFURBISHED TV. I don't see how this is fair at all and I still have not been contacted. HIGHLY UPSET !!!!!!!!!
