Easiest way to use the free technical support?

What is the easiest way to use the free technical support? I used it when I first recieved my computer about 2 years about and I had to call and go through a few things. I thought they said I could go online after that but not sure where to go.

In your packet of materials there should be a website which you registered your name and computer to attain the free services. You should be able to click online chat on that website.  I have Premiere Tech Support, and rare occasion which I have needed them I called.  I never felt that I was asked to jump through too many hoops to get through to a US based representative.  In fact, (in my packet) there was a QVC Customers only hotline to contact Premiere Tech Support.

When I need such help. I find on line "chat" to be best. At least you're less apt to run into hearing/language issues.
