Downloaded Webshots, Now IE is MIA...what the?

I have a new Dell XPS laptop, & am in the process of loading things into it. Today I downloaded Webshots because I like to use it to organize my own photos. I've been using it for the last 9 years with no issues.

I just turned on my computer & clicked the IE icon, which normally takes me to the MSN homepage. Instead when I clicked it, it took me to the Webshots homepage....that's ALL I get. I can still surf the internet by going in through my MSN butterfly, but what happened here?
